Easy Access & Parking: From I-25, exit Speer Boulevard South. When you approach the Pepsi Center, turn left on Wewatta Street. We’re the first building on your left, Waterside Lofts. There’s inexpensive parking just north of us, which you can access by continuing on Wewatta to 15th Street and taking a right. Make another quick right into the Central Parking pay lot.
